Technical Features
1. The whole machine adopts the bottle-diameter conveying structure, which reduces the requirements of the bottle shape error on the equipment to the greatest extent, so that the whole line is more reliable.
2. The bottle holder for rinsing bottle adopts stainless steel spring press-in structure, which has the characteristics of accurate opening and closing time and firm clamping. The stainless steel bottle clamp adopts a clamping method that does not contact the bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution of the bottle mouth. The water distributor adopts an independent jet flushing structure to ensure that the adjacent jet flushing pipes do not run into water;
3. The filling machine adopts a large slewing bearing support structure, so that the machine runs more smoothly. The filling adopts the pressure filling principle of the bottle lifting, which makes the filling fast and the liquid level accurate. This machine has the characteristics of no bottle no filling,

6. The whole machine adopts a card bottle diameter conveying structure, which is more convenient and quicker when changing bottle types for production, repair or maintenance. Different bottle types can be produced only by replacing the corresponding change parts.
7. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation automatic control technology, which makes equipment maintenance and maintenance more convenient.
