Extrusion system
Screw: Specially designed according to the processing performance of the raw material, the material is 38CrMoAlA, the surface is sprayed with alloy after nitriding treatment, the hardness is ≥800, and the brittleness is ≤2; to ensure durability, full and uniform plasticization;
Barrel: high-quality nitrided structural steel 38CrMoAlA, material 38CrMoAlA, nitriding treatment, hardness HV≥900, brittleness≤2;
Drive mode: frequency conversion speed regulation + hard tooth surface gear box; smooth and stable speed regulation of extrusion motor;
Temperature control: adopt modular temperature control;
Cooling method: The feed section adopts water cooling, and the other sections are automatically air-cooled.

Hydraulic system

Electrical Control System
The electrical control system adopts Japan's Mitsubishi PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; Zeweilun touch screen for communication, parameter setting, modification and screen display of the whole machine; covers all the functions of the blow molding machine; each process parameter can be directly set It can be modified regularly, and has a relatively complete fault diagnosis function, and the screen operation is intuitive and convenient.
Mold opening and closing and mold shifting system: using crank arm to lock the mold, the clamping force is large, the template is balanced and not deformed; the mold shifting adopts the ball linear guide, which has high precision, low resistance and high speed.
Blowing needle holder: The integral square-shaped blowing needle holder is stable and does not shift to ensure smooth cutting of the product.
