SS Material 4040 membrane housing shell
The stainless steel membrane shell is the basic component of the reverse osmosis equipment. The material is 304 stainless steel seamless pipe. It is divided into clamp type, flange type and built-in type according to the end cover sealing form; it is divided into end in type and side in type according to the water inlet mode. The length is matched with the number of reverse osmosis membrane components; the product is polished inside and outside, beautiful and practical, and the use pressure meets the normal operation pressure requirements of reverse osmosis system.
The 4040 module housing is divided into two types: seamed and seamless, and is made of SUS304 stainless steel. Both ends are sealed with ABS head and silica O-ring, with high sealing performance and long service life.
8040 module housing: it is divided into two types: ferrule type and end cover type. It is made of SUS304 seamless stainless steel pipe, with good sealing performance, high pressure resistance, no aging, convenient installation and cleaning of membrane, and working pressure (MPA): 4.0. According to the customer's requirements, the water inlet and outlet of the module housing can be end inlet (outlet) or side inlet (outlet). There are 2.5-inch, 4-inch and 8-inch stainless steel membrane shells
