Bottle grabber
According to the different shape characteristics of the product, the bottle grabbing mechanism is designed and made, and the corresponding bottle grabbing mechanism is used for each specification of the product. The bottle grabber group adopts air bag bottle grabber head, which has no damage to the bottle.
Bottle lifting mechanism
The bottle grabbing group is driven by a symmetrical bidirectional sprocket, that is, the bottle grabbing group is operated in the designed arc track to carry out bottle grabbing and packing maneuverings respectively. Compact design mechanism, precise action, stable operation.
The bottles are transported to the bottle collection area on the packing machine through the bottle supply conveyor belt, and the bottle distribution board divides the bottles into columns and transported to the position to be captured through the conveyor belt.
When the box is packed, the box is stationary, and the box is supplied at the same time when the box is loaded and the working efficiency is maximized.
Drive motor adopts frequency conversion motor, and realizes stepless speed regulation through frequency converter control.
Bottle/box conveyor belt
The conveyor belt is driven by asynchronous motor and controlled by frequency converter and contactor according to different conveying needs to realize automatic bottle supply, bottle discharge, automatic box supply and out of the box.
Bottle group:
It is composed of multiple groups of bottle grabbers, each group of bottle grabbers can grab a specified number of bottles at the same time, and the two groups of bottle grabbers are driven by the cylinder.
Safety device
The equipment is equipped with a safety door and a variety of safety protection and detection devices to effectively ensure the safety of the operator.
The open touch screen operation is safer and simpler. Built-in various fault codes and troubleshooting methods, when the fault occurs, the man-machine interface will display the location of the fault, and the cause and solution of the fault, to improve the efficiency of maintenance personnel. The built-in interface for modifying various variable operating parameters can be modified in time according to the requirements of the operator to improve the working efficiency of the equipment.
