1. This machine adopts programmable controller (PLC) to control, touch screen operation, convenient adjustment.
2. This machine adopts advanced mechatronics technology, replace any filling specifications by simply modifying the parameters in the touch screen, and can simultaneously perform a large overall adjustment of the filling amount of 12 heads, and can also be applied to each head. Fill volume for a single micro adjustment. At the same time, the PLC configures the parameter memory function to facilitate rapid conversion of various dose fillings.
3. The main running parts are equipped with sensors to feedback the running status of each department in time. For example, if the bottle is inverted, the bottle-blocking host will automatically stop and alarm, and the material box will automatically stop and alarm.
4. The filling method is motorized submersible filling, which can freely adjust the submergence degree and the mid-stroke speed according to various material and liquid characteristics.
5. The whole machine is made according to the GMP standard requirements. Each pipeline connection adopts quick-installing connection mode. The disassembly and cleaning are convenient and fast. The parts in contact with the materials and the exposed parts are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel.
6. Host configuration SUS304 main frame protection frame and safety sensor, effectively eliminate the gas pollution at the production site.
