Packaging machine
The packaging machine is mainly composed of frame, bottle mechanism, bottle pushing mechanism, film mechanism, film wrapping mechanism, etc.
The bottle feeder is responsible for conveying the PET bottle to the bottle feeder, which is divided into two parts: the front conveyor and the back conveyor
The bottling mechanism is responsible for sorting PET bottles according to the packaging requirements, so as to realize the promotion and wrapping.
The bottle pushing mechanism is responsible for pushing the grouped PET bottle forward and wrapping the film.
Film unwinding is responsible for the supply of film wrapped in grouped PET bottle groups.
Film wrapping: Set the supply length of shrink film automatically according to the size of the package, and complete the automatic film wrapping synchronously when the product moves forward.
Heat shrinking machine
The heat shrinker consists of three parts: heating and shrinkage, cooling and shaping, and product delivery.
Heating shrinkage:
Shrinkage machine to wrap the package for heating shrinkage, so that the film at the set temperature uniform shrinkage, close to the surface of the package, the package tightly wrapped, to achieve the purpose of packaging.
Cooling and shaping:
Cooling shaping is responsible for the rapid cooling of the film on the surface of the packaging after heating and shrinking, so that the film quickly becomes a high strength state for easy handling.
Product delivery:
Deliver the complete package to the non-powered conveyor roller; The non-powered conveyor roller can play the role of temporary storage, convenient for personnel palletizing or handling.
