LP-16  type bottle sorting machine is based on foreign advanced technical and according to our nation of beverage filling machine requirements such as high speed  , automatic . we have exploited and developed a high quality bottle sorting machine in our nation 
Main machine shape is a barrel type. There is adjusting yoke at the bottom of the barrel ,it is used for adjusting the machine height and level . there is a rotate barrel inside the main barrel , outside the rotate barrel there is a bottles loading down rebate . Inside the rotate barrel there is the hoisting appliance of the same number as bottle loading down rebate . in the middle of the machine ,there is fixed umbrella type structure tower.  When the hoisting appliance carry the bottle to umbrella type tower and with  the hoisting appliance push the bottles into the bottle loading down rebate act by cam . after the bottle sorting in the bottle loading down rebate .and the bottle send to the bottle exit of the machine. And in the exit there is star wheel then send the bottle to the air conveyor .bottle out star wheel is connected with the motor shaft by the cog belt
