Semi-support molding machine
The semi-supporting forming machine is mainly composed of frame, bottle splitting mechanism, bottle dropping mechanism, cardboard bin, paper feeding mechanism, folding mechanism, forming mechanism and so on.
The bottle feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying PET bottles to the bottling mechanism, which is divided into two parts: front conveying and rear conveying

Packaging machine
The packaging machine is mainly composed of frame, conveying mechanism, wrapping mechanism, sealing and cutting machine, etc.
The conveying mechanism is responsible for feeding the product into the wrapping film.
The wrapping mechanism is responsible for the supply of wrapped film. The wrapping mechanism automatically sets the supply length of the shrink film according to the size of the package, and synchronously completes the automatic wrapping film when the product moves forward.
The sealing machine is responsible for sealing the wrapped film product.
Heat shrink machine
The heat shrink machine is composed of three parts: heating shrinkage, cooling setting and product conveying.
Heat shrinkage:
The shrinker heats the wrapped package to shrink, so that the film shrinks evenly at the set temperature, adheres to the surface of the package, and tightly wraps the package to achieve the purpose of packaging.
Cooling and setting:
Cooling is responsible for the rapid cooling of the film on the surface of the packaging after heating and shrinking, so that the film quickly becomes a high strength state to facilitate handling.
Product transportation:
Transfer the packaged goods to the non-powered roller; No power conveyor roller can play a temporary storage role, convenient for personnel palletizing or handling.
