Description :
The new model of XGF-Series machine special design for the kinds of light bottle one time use .
The whole machine adopts high quality SS304 Material , we composed by washing filling capping three functions in one machine. Before washing, there is conveyor transport bottles into the washing part , washing clamp the bottle neck ,and turn 180degree .let the bottle mouth down ,the nozzle spray the water into the bottles , the machine washing the bottles , after that bottle will going up stand through the guide . this machine valve adopts dosing type controlled by dosing meter, pneumatic valve ,the filling valve no touch with the bottle mouth ,so protected the light bottles ,for different size bottles ,such as 3gallon and 4gallon , need do the adjustment parameters in touch screen , we will keep the different parameters for different size of bottles .
After filling , the bottles will going to the capping parts , for the capping ,it can according to the user's request ,choose screw capping or pressing capping . After finish capping , the filled bottle will transported to the filled conveyor system .cap washing system , it is optional by users .the machine can add the washing cap functions .
