Working principle and structure
The equipment is composed of skeleton, transmission mechanism, electrical box, water pump, water tank, brush and so on. The barrel is fed into the brush barrel machine under the action of conveying, open the automatic button, that is, the automatic rotation of the barrel under the action of the wheel, into the external brush machine. The direction of the main brush is opposite to the direction of the bucket, and the detergent is sprayed when the bucket is brushed. The washing liquid is recycled and flows into the water tank through the filter.
1- The inlet and outlet of the barrel are provided with a micro switch to prevent the flow in and out of the barrel;
2- The washing liquid tank is equipped with liquid level device and float ball, automatic replenishing of the washing liquid, and equipped with heating system;
3- The bottom brush adopts high-speed transverse brush to ensure that the bottom brush is clean;
4- The barrel mouth and the barrel body are close to the main brush. While rotating, it moves forward under the push of the barrel feeding wheel. The scrubbing time is long to ensure the scrubbing effect.
