Automatic bottled water filling machine is used for filling drinking pure/ mineral water in PET bottles. The machine with washing filling capping three functions in one composed body. It works automatically .The filling production speed is 6000bph based on 500ml as standard. Bottles size from 200ml to 2000ml .the washing is using rotate type ,filling is Normal pressure  filling valve and the capping using screw capping for plastic caps. The bottle rinsing machine is mainly composed of the main shaft component, bottle clamps, distributors, etc. When the bottles are continuously conveyed to this machine from the conveying device through the bottle feeding star wheel, the bottle mouth is flipped from upward to downward and aligns with the nozzle on the bottle clamp support plate. 

The filling machine is mainly composed of the main shaft component, the lifting CAM, the bottle lifting device, the filling valve, the filling cylinder, etc. This machine adopts neck clamping operation and bottle lifting structure. It features fast filling speed, stable system, simple structure, easy operation, safety and reliability.

The capping machine part is composed of the main shaft component of the sealing machine, the capping head component, the slide way, the capping device, the sliding sleeve component, the capping device, etc. This machine adopts a cap-picking tray to remove the cap. The cap-picking head is protected by magnetic overload to ensure a constant torque when tightening the cap.
